/~ .. <br />• • <br />ExYlibit ' E' <br />Rec 1 amat z on P 1 ari <br />M-77-170 <br />14 March 1998 <br />The ultimate overall land/use plan for the affected land <br />areas upon the conculsion of mining is to provide for <br />construction company ,activity:, material storage, warehousing, <br />manu c uring an ea ~) <br />purposes that are consistent with the overall Industrial Zoning <br />~pp%~~ of this area. <br />4i During the months of May/June 1998 upon concluding mining <br />activities restoration / reclamation of sloped banks will <br />commence in the SH 1/4 of the SH 1/4 area of the original permit <br />area. <br />The 18,000 cubic yards of material located at the southerly <br />part of the Phase 3 mining area will be transported and <br />graded/blended into the final embankments as indicated in green. <br />The nearby stockpiled topsoil will be placed / graded onto these <br />final embankments. <br />Reseeding of these embankments will be in accordance with <br />the mizture and rate of application as specified by the Soil <br />Conservation Service. <br />The future continued reclamation of the Phased affected <br />land areas will occur relative to the numeric phases. <br />The sloped banks colored green will be graded / sloped at <br />a rate not be ezcede 2 to 1. Topsoil will be replaced and <br />reseeeded with the specified mizture. <br />Irrigation will be provided from the water pipe-line <br />adjoining the perimeter high bank of the reclaimed phases. <br />All top soil will be replaced at 4 to 5 inches in depth. <br />RECEIVED <br />APR 0 6 1998 <br />Division of Minerals & Georogy <br />
