If proper approvals obtained from DlI'R, pit floor will be used seasonally as a recharge pit, with Rio <br />Grande Water User Assn. Upper portions ofsite will be rangeland. Ijno pond is approved, lower pit will also <br />be rangeland. "Working Bench" on inslopes will remain, near high water line. Conventional and wet mining to <br />be used; no dewatering. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1984-026. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1984-026 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $51,094.00 for the Del Norte Pit, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$187,217.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not akeady done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $51,094.00.
