The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division")and <br />the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicandoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land toDevelop0d Watery Resource (reservo~~ Pursuant to <br />Section 3432.5-116(4)(m), C.RS., the Board may confer with the local Conservation Districts before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
