Principal Meridian, Clear Creek County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows:
NOTE: For the purpose of this description the bearings are based on the 9-1 Ifne of said
Mineral Survey No. 1648. Satd Ilne bearing South 00°22'34" East, a distance of 2086.02
feet. Comer No. 9 of said Mineral Survey No. 1648 being a 10" x 10" stone with a chiseled
"+° on the top projecting 1.1' from the ground, marked 9-1648 and Comer No. 1 of said
Mineral Survey No. 1648 being a 10° x 10° stone wRh a chiseled °+" on the top projecting
1.1' from the ground, marked 5-1642. Comer No. 1 of said Mineral Survey No. 1648 also
being the same as Comer No. B of saki Mineral Survey No. 1642.
