No other use of water is asowed unless a permit therefor is approved. <br />7) The owner shall mark the wall (gravel pit pond) in a conspicudus place with well permit number(s) and court case <br />number(s) as appropdate. The owner shall take necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings. <br />8) Pursuant to Rule 10.1.8 of the Water Well Construc8on Rules, gravel pR wells are exempt from the minimum wall <br />construction standards except for contamination oonsideretbns as stated in the Rule. The owner of the gravel pit shall <br />take necessary means and precautons to prevent contaminants from entering the gravel pR well. <br />9) Pursuant to Rule 17.1.4 of the Water Well Construction Rules, the owner shat submit, after iniGatlon of constructlan, site <br />plan and cross section drawings on 8.1/2" x t 1" paper showing the extent of Intended excavation, the maximum depth of <br />the pR, and tbe-Initial statlc water level. <br />10) The boundaries of the gavel pit pond shat be more than 600 feet from any existlng well. <br />11) Pursuant to Policy 2000-4 of the State Board of Examiners of Water Well ConsWctlon and Pump Installation Contractors <br />(Board), no pumping equipment shall be insfalled in the gravel pit welt to withdraw watarfor any benefidal use, unless a <br />~separete written request for a variance has been approved by the Board. <br />NOTE: This well may be subject to administration In the water rights priority system in the future.
