Pendleton <br />June 11, 1992 <br />Comment #9 <br />The copper will be removed from the solution by the proposed <br />treatment process and converted to constituents which are <br />insoluble under the expected current and future environment of <br />the tailings. Therefore, the proposed hydrogen peroxide <br />process will, if anything, substantially improve the situation <br />as it relates to potential copper levels in the tailings <br />facility. <br />BMG believes it is essential to move forward with <br />implementation of the peroxide treatment process.
