The revision was submitted as a result of the Division's inspection of JLme <br />24, 2004. The revision involves the retention of mine access roads and highwalls as a component of <br />the final reclamation plan. <br />A copy of the TR-03 is enclosed. The Division intends to make a decision on the application by <br />November 22, 2004.
