Box 700. 281 ~ 1 DD Road, Nucla, Colorado. 81424, Phone 970-864- 7347, has filed an application for a Technical Revision of the Reclamation Permit No. M-1978 116 with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for Hand RoclJMetal Mining. This mine is lmown as the SM-18 (Wright) Mine. and is located at or near Section 22 & 27, Township 48N, Range 17 W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is October. 2004, and the proposed date of completion is October, 2009. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- 3567, or at the Montrose County Clerk and Recorder's office at 320 So 1~` Montrose, CO 81401, or the above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on September 23, 2004.
