PUBLIC NOTICE Cotter Corporation; P.O. Boa 700, 28151 DD Road, Nucla, Colorado, 81424, Phone 970-864- 7347, has filed an application for a Technical Revision of the Reclamation Permit No. M-1978- 116with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for Hand Rock/Metal Mining. This mine is known as the SM-18 (Wright) Mine, and is located at or near Section 22 & 27, Township 48N, Range 17W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is October, 2004, and the proposed date of completion is October, 2009. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- 3567, or at the Montrose County Clerk and Recorder's office at 320 So ls` Montrose, CO 81401, or the above named applicant. Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on September 23, 2004.
