Has Rocky Mountain contacted the Department of Health & Safety to report that <br />this .operation would be free from any hazards and dangers to the residents of <br />:Canon City, Florence and Colorado Springs by their transporting this gravel. <br />This could create much heavy traffic going back and forth. <br />4. Have they checked into the matter as to what pollutions and/or toxins this. <br />type of operation would release; and would they violate the Federal. Clean <br />Air Act? • <br />5. If the permit is granted and,:after the land has been damaged by this type of <br />' mining operation for a'"Life of the .Mine" period; ha s.
