Dear Mr. Bumgatner:
On October 28, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology increased the current Financial Warranty for this
permit to $7,370.00, in accordance with Rule 4.2.1 of the Rules and Regulations. This is an increase of $4,870.00.
This increase was implemented as a result of observations made at the September 26, 2002 monitoring inspection
of the site.
The Division ordered amendment of the current Financial Warranty, or submittal of a new Financial Warranty
reflecting the increase, within 60 days from the date of this letter. If you wish to submit a different type of
Financial Warranty, please contact me such that I may send you the applicable form.
