The locations include mining setback distances of 150'. <br />The mining azea and reclamation areas were adjusted to account for these wells. <br />We recognize that these changes affect the Reclamation Cost Estimate and Stability Analysis. We <br />will forward a revised Cost Estimate and Revised Stability Analysis to you by fax on Monday <br />February 3, 2003. <br />As required by the DMG regulations, we have also copied this letter with enclosures to the Weld <br />County Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners; evidence of this will be forwazded via fax on <br />Friday, January 31, 2003. <br />Please call me if you have any questions regarding these Plans.
