NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COIINTY COMMISSIONERS
Weld COIINTY
Weld county (the "Applicant/Operator"} has applied for
a Regular (112) reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board (the "Boazd") to conduct mining operations in
Weld County. The attached information is being
provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed
operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of
Minerals and Geology (the 'Division") and the local county clerk
and recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to
Wildlife habitat/home use. Pursuant t0 SECti.On 34-32-116(7}(j), C.R.S.,
the Hoard is required to confer with the local Board of County
Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use.
Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the
proposed operation. Please note that, in order to preserve your
right to a heazing before the Board on this application, you must
submit written commments on the application within twenty (20) days
of the date of last publication of notice pursuant to Section
34-32-112(10}, C.R.S.
