Box 566, <br />Hotchkiss, CO 81419; (970) 872-3545, filed an application to convert M-1998-019, Grand Gravel Pit, a 110(c) Limited <br />Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation <br />operation is located at or near Section 12, Township 1N, Range 80W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Grand County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for July 12, 2005. <br />A wpy of the application is available for review at the Grand County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make commrnents or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper pub]ication date.
