Only mulch certified as weed and pest free will be employed. <br />Mulch will not be used in the cattail mazsh or wet meadow revegetation azeas. <br />6.12 Maintenance <br />Revegetated areas will be inspected 1 year after seeding and after major storm events, <br />until vegetation is established and the reclamation bond is released. Erosional features <br />will be repaired and the azeas reseeded, as needed. <br />6.13 Buildings and Structures <br />No additional buildings will be constructed during the mining operations. Processing <br />and administrative functions will be carried out in existing structures located in <br />previously permitted areas. Only mobile equipment will be used in the mine area. A <br />portable overland conveyor system required for transport of sand and gravel to the <br />process azea is in place for the previously permitted areas. Additional portable <br />conveyors may be constructed inside the mine azeas to facilitate transport of the <br />resource. <br />No man-made structures will be disturbed until agreements aze reached between the <br />owners and the operator for their relocation. An agreement has been reached with the <br />owner of the oil and gas pipeline located on the Longmont and Bigelow properties for <br />the relocation and burial of the line along the bottom of the reclaimed azea The <br />pipeline n,nning through the Bigelow pit has been buried at a depth below final <br />reclamation topography. Access to the oil well located on the Longmont property will <br />be reestablished across the reclaimed area. Assess to the Peschel house will be <br />maintained during mining. Electric and communication lines and water and gas lines <br />will be maintained along the access road. An agreement will be reached for the <br />relocation of the lateral to the Coffin-Davis Ditch running through the Bigelow <br />properly. This ditch will be used to feed the post-mining pond constructed on the <br />Bigelow property. <br />8/252604 <br />
