Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Listed below aze adequacy review comments on the above-captioned Amendment application, <br />deemed adequate for review on June 17, 2004. The decision date for your application is <br />tentatively scheduled for September 15, 2004. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from <br />you on or before September 10, 2004. (Please be sure to include two (2) copies of your <br />response). Any comments that we receive on your amendment application during the public <br />comment period will be forwarded to you. Please be advised that your amendment application <br />maybe deemed inadequate and maybe denied on September 15, 2004 unless the following <br />adequacy review items are addressed to the safisfaction of the Division. <br />1.6.5 Public Notice Procedures <br />1. Please confirm the last (4`s) date of newspaper publication. Also, proof of all notice and <br />mailing requirements must be submitted to the Division prior to the decision date. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />2. The applicant indicates that once processing activities aze complete, the azea will be reclaimed <br />as pasture and re-vegetated with a grass mix. The applicant also specifies that reclamation of <br />these newly disturbed azeas will be as specified in the previously approved reclamation plan (see <br />Amendment application, dated June 3, 2003). We recommend that the applicant include a <br />provision for discing, chiseling, or other suitable method to relieve compaction of all stockpile <br />and road areas to be reclaimed to pasture; and that any available topsoil or seedbed material be <br />applied prior to re-vegetatation.
