Long <br />Division Director <br />/ ,~ <br />RE: River Road Pit, Permit No. M-1991-136, Succession of Operators, SO-O1 <br />Dear Mr. 7ohnson: <br />On Febmary 20, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of <br />Operator, Performance Warranty and a $125.00 fee. And on October 3, 2001, the Division received a <br />rider to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. for the River <br />Road Pit, Permit No. M-1991-136.
