Box 1190 <br />Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 <br />RE: Silica Sludge Landfill Inspection <br />Holnam Inc. <br />Larimer County <br />Dear Chairman: <br />On October 3,1991 a representative of the Hazardous Materials and <br />Waste Management Division (the Division), accompanied .oy Rich <br />Grossmann Larimer County Health Department, inspected the above <br />landfill. The purpose of this inspection was to asscass the <br />compliance of the facility with the minimum standards of tYte Solid <br />Waste Disposal Sites and Facilities Act (the Act), Ti'~le 30, <br />Article 20, Part. 1, C.R.S. 1983 as amended, and with the <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder, which are codified i:~ 6 CCR <br />1G07-2 (the Regulations). A copy of the field inspection report is <br />enclosed for your information. <br />The results of the inspection, on the date of the site visit, <br />indicate that the facility complies with the Regulations referenced <br />above.
