This permit action also reduces the
affected acreage within the 6,084.2 acre permit area to a total of 527 acres through release of 412 acres of affected
land within this area that were either revegetated or reclaimed to an alternate post-mining land use such as a
permanent road, reservoir, dam, etc. As requested by ExxonMobil, the reclamation financial warranty is not being
reduced as a result of this release. Because the permit is not totally released, ExxonMobil is still liable for filing
annual reports and fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (970) 243-6368.
Sincerely,
1~~~ .~ ~'
Steve S.
