Long <br />Division Director <br />American Soda has submitted a technical revision application to Permit No. M-99-002, Yankee Gulch <br />Project. Stipulation Nos. 3 and 4 to the permit application approval provide that General Chemical will <br />have an opportunity to review and provide comment on proposed revisions to water quality parameters <br />and detection limits and on changes to the subsidence monitoring plan. Copies of the proposed <br />revisions are enclosed. <br />The decision date for technical revision TR-Ol is October 18, 1999.
