All <br />other Conditions and requirements of PemriY No. M-1999-069 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division calculated a cost to reclaim the site with the compacted clay liner for the east reservoir. The total bond <br />amount is $802,000.00. The Division currently holds $201,100.00. If you have not already done so, please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $600,900.00.
