In conformance with the desires of the Division, as expressed in your correspondence of
4 and 23 September and 6 October, 2003, please accept this submittal as a Complete
Amendment Application, intended to satisfy the concerns expressed by the Division in
the aforementioned correspondence.
Submitted with this correspondence, please find:
1) Correction to Page 1 Item 2 of the DMG 112 Application Form correcting the
`Operation Name' from Durham -Resource Recovery and Land Development
Project to Durham Sand ST Gravel Pit. The Original is tabbed with a Green
Flag.
2) Removal from all Exhibits to the extent known or possible of reference to the
Durham -Resource Recovery and Land Development Project. To assure any
and all changes, edits, or modifications to those exhibits are properly available
to the Division of Mineral and Geology as well as: the Weld County
Commissioners, Weld County Clerk to the Board, and the Board of
Supervisors to the West Greeley Soil Conservation District, all Exhibit
material previously submitted are included in this submittal. Proofs of
Submittal to: the Weld County Commissioners, Weld County Clerk to the
Board, and the Board of Supervisors to the West Greeley Soil Conservation
District, are also included with this submittal
3) Correspondence of 16 October 2003 from Flatiron Surveying, Inc.; under
Exhibit S. The Original is tabbed with a Green Flag.
