PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. <br />PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: <br />Date of commencement and date of completion should represent the dates which you feel most accurately describe the life of the <br />operation. <br />For all Regular (112) types of operations, this notice must be published once a week for fom (4) consewtive weeks, startingwithin <br />ten (10) days ofthe date the application is considered to be submitted to the Division.
