of Topsoil from Borrow Area Near Non-Coal Disposal Area

The plan proposed for TR-08 was accepted and WFC so advised in a letter from
the Division dated November 10, 1986. All that was required for approval of
TR-08 was the submittal by IJFC of soil sample analyses from the barrow areas.
Since more than adequate time has elapsed fer submittal of the soil sample
data, the Division feels it necessary to impose a deadline of March 20, 1987
for its receipt of the data in question. Should the analyses not be made
available by t4arch 20, 1987, the Division will deny TR-O8. The data is still
required for approval of the technical revision, but the revision will have to
be resubmitted.
