enclosed please find executed copies of Bond No. S852505, our File No. 77-312,
Transit Mix Company, in the amount of $20,500; Bond No. S852
our File N . 77-213, stle Concrete Company, in the amount of $20,000; a
Bond No. S852 , our File No. 77-212, Castle Concrete Company, in the amou
of $42,000.
Also enclosed are the original bonds which the above mentioned bonds are
replacing. They are Bond No. 400 DC 4231, our File No. 77-312, Transit Mix
Concrete Company, in the amount of $20,500; Bond No. 400 FE 7780, our File
No. 77-212, Castle Concrete Company, in the amount of $42,000; and Bond No.
400 FE 7779, our File No. 77-213, Castle Concrete Company in the amount of
$20,000. with these bonds I am enclosing our letters of release to the
bonding company with copies for your file, which you may forward to the
bonding company, or whatever procedure you prefer.
Scott, I did not send copies of this correspondence to your clients.
As a second thought, I decided you may want to handle whatever correspondence
that should take place.
