The property is exactly described in the Special Warranty <br />deed that conveyed ownership of this property to Rocks R Us and was included in the <br />Exhibit A-Legal Description section of tkeAmendment 1 Application for this permit <br />I am satisfied with the mining and reclamation that has been done on my property.
