Marksheffel Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80922; (719) 520-6460, submitted a request for full reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Hodgen, Permit No. M-1980-194. The construction materials e~Rraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 8, Township 125, Range 63W, 6th Prime Meridian, in El Paso County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release maybe submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days. The Division is required to wait 30 days after thz <br />release decision is made to allow for appeals. <br />
