All materials will be processed on site. Mining operation may utilize scrapers, <br />dozers, front-end loaders, crushers and conveyors. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel to be used to serve <br />the needs of the Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road surfacing. <br />O.
