No existing water right will be affected. <br />K. No refuse, acid or toxic producing material are anticipated. <br />L. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated, <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff. so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. Side <br />slopes will be no greater than 3:1 and grade of not less that 1% on the floor of the <br />mined azea will be consistence with range land use. <br />M. All materials will be processed on site. Mining operation may utilize scrapers, <br />dozers, front-end loaders, crushers and conveyors. The mining operations <br />facilities will be located in the South area of the site (see EXHIBIT C -map, for <br />the operation location). <br />N. The primary commodity of the mining operation will be gravel to be used to serve <br />the needs of the Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in road surfacing. <br />O. There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted. <br />
