I hesitate to change maps at this time until
construction is complete.
(6) I do not see a need for a culvert at this location. The
haul road should run south and west of D25. Since the road
should not cross D25 the culvert should not be required.
(7) As I noted in my previous correspondence Wyoming Fuel
Company has two options, we can either install culverts or
install a drop inlet structure just west of the newly
designated haul road.
(8) C14 has been removed in the field and deleted from~Map 13•
The written comments you provided on Map 13 have been reviewed
and forwarded to operations. These comments will be handled as
construction of the drainage plan continues. I do not think any
of the comments require map modification, ditch or culvert
reslzing at this time. We will provide you with as-built
drawings upon plan completion. I have enclosed three (3)
additional copies of Maps 13 and 14 for you approval.
Sincerely,
I ~ ~ /~
David M. Stout
Environmental Coordinator
DMS/sb/35
cc: T.
