Cottony Acling Division Director On Augast 15, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your Succession of Operators (SO) application, S 125.00 SO fee, Performance Warranty, Financial Warranty Letter of Credit No. 428, and The Home State Back Standby Letter of Credit No. 428. The Division is returning the SO application, the Performance Warranty and the Financial Waaanty forms to you to have the following changes made before the Division can process the transfer Permit No. M-1994-096 from James D. and Beckie J. Krakel to either you or your Limited Liability Corporation. The Standby Letter of Credit is being returned to The Hame State Bank directly. A copy of the letter sent with the Letter of Credit is enclosed far your information. 1. All Docamenta: Informatron contained in all documents must be consistent and accurate. Or, ifyon world h7re the permit transferred to Robert C and Helen L Pittington then all of the documents must show only that name as the Operator. 2.
