TECHNICAL REVISION REQUEST TO PERMIT # M-85- 212 MAY 16,2007 <br />ARKDVS PARK SOUTH AND TRUPP QUARRIES - MASONVILLE <br />~TR~ ~ <br />WE WISH TO CHANGE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THIS PERMIT: THE <br />PROPERTY FORMERLY OWNID BY VERNON TRUPP,. APPROXIMATELY 310 ACRES <br />WAS PURCHASED BY JUDY SPRAGUE IN JULY OF 2007. THEREFORE THE RIGHT <br />TO ENTER ALL OF THLS PERMII"TFA AREA IS NOW OWNID TOTALLY BY JUDY <br />SPRAGUE. JUDY SPRAGUE AND NEII. SPRAGUE WERE DIVORCED DECF.I~®ER 31, <br />2003, ALL REAL PROPERTY WENT TO JUDY SPRAGUE WHILE NEIL SPRAGUE <br />RELIEVES A SUPPORT SETTLEMENT MONTHLY. I AM SENDING THIS REQUEST <br />FOR A TECHNICAL REVISION TO THIS PERMIT ONLY FOR ALLOWING <br />ADDITIONAL ROADS TO FACILITATE THE ACCESS FROM THE TRUPP QUARRIBS <br />TO THE ARKINS PARK SOUTH QUARRIES OVER A GORGE THAT 3BPARATES THE <br />TWO QUARRIE AREAS. AT THIS TII~fE WE HAVE A ROAD THAT GOES AROUND THE <br />GORGE AND BACK TO THE OTHER QUARRY, BUT HAVING A ROAD THAT CROSSES <br />THE GORGE WILL SHORTEN THE ROUTE FROM ONE QUARRY TO THE OTHER BY <br />QUITE A LONG WAYS AND WILL RESULT IN THE SAVING OF A LOT OF TIlNE, <br />FUEL, WEAR AND TEAR ON THE TRUCKS AND IN THE END WILL BE MUCH MORE <br />PRACTICAL AND SAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY. TIRE WAS A RAILROAD <br />TRUSSEL THAT CROSSID THIS AREA BEFORE AND THE FOUNDATION FOR TT IS <br />STILL IN PLACE. WE EXPECT THIS ROAD TO ACTUALLY USE A PREVIOUSLY <br />EXISTING ROAD JUST TO THE EAST AND A LITTLE DOWN THE HILL FROM THE <br />RAILROAD CROSSING. ALL THIS LAND IS ALREADY COVERID BY THE EXISTING <br />PERMIT AND WILL NOT DLSTURB ANY UNPERMITTED AREAS. INCLOSID ARE <br />SOME AERIAL MAPS SHOWING APPROXIMATELY WHERE THE ROADWAY WE <br />WISH TO USE IS LOCATED. ALSO IF THIS PIItMTT STILL EXISTS IN THE NAME OF <br />NEIL C. SPRAGUE AND ARLIS M. SPRAGUE (OR JUDY SPRAGUE) TT SHOULD BE <br />CHANGED TO REFLECT THE SOLE OWNERSHIP OF ARLIS M. SPRAGUE (OR JUDY <br />SPRAGUE) THE INCLOSED AERIAL PHOTOS ARE MARKED TO SHOW THE <br />PROPOSED ROADS.
