rat i4G a DAIS
4~e.
dames Vac Ella
1811 Lane 200 Bass Lake
Angola, Indiana 46703
March 16, 2006
Car],
The reason I said "conveiaion" is from what I recieved from you! This is not a new
application. Our permit number is MI911~045. I asked yon for help and you denied met
I seams since there is a place to check one, either a new application or a conversion, I
had to check oonveision! Now what the H E L L is it?
The distrubanoe is from All Right Mining or Top of the World Placer permit number
M85.OBI and Carlton Carr was the operator. There was a $5,000 00 bond money that
DMG got and didn't do any reclamation towa-d-the surface distr'abanoe. ~We DO NOT
want to be held respoasibIIe for this mess.
Jim McCordel and DirGN-Iron did haul off accumulated JiJN$ but did not do any land
reclamation that was caused by All Right Mining.
We want yon to acknowledge that there wsa a previous distrabanc~ If you go back to
York-Fern's inspection roport when we recieved our permit, he noted that there wea
previous distrubance..now we amend our permit that will take us into previous
disturbed land. We do not want to be held liable for all the land distrubance dating as
far back as 1920's We feel that we need to have something from DMG documenting
that we did not do any of that land distrubance so we can move forward with the
amended permit. We do not think this is being nnrnasonable.
I have enclosed a map
sineereiA y, ' /
a 2~,~tll~~-~
Deanna Van Ella
RECEIVED
MAR 17 2~
Dividon al Minerals and Geology
cc.H Brace $umphriea
cc.RusseQ George
