Gaaany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natual Resource Trustee <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />The Division received your letter of objection for the consideration of the 112 Construction Materials amendment <br />application for the Thompson Resource Pit (aka Horn Gravel Pit), File No. M-1983-102. The objection letter was <br />forwarded to Thompson Properties for their consideration. <br />The Division considers your letter a formal objection to the consideration of the AM-02 application. Attached is a <br />citizen guide that explains the 112-objection process. The guide can also be found on the Division's web page at <br />httD://minin>QState.co.us.
