Box 21588 <br /> Denver, CO 80021 <br /> Dear Mr. Graham, <br /> The approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County of Docket <br /> SU-81-10, Deepe Farm Pit, on January 11, 1982 included the following condition : <br /> Although basic conceptual layouts of the Alternate Excavation Plan Map and <br /> Reclamation Plan Map for the entire property are generally acceptable, <br /> Special Use approval is strictly limited to the first two (2) stages of <br /> mining as identified in the Alternate Excavation Plan Map or a maximum <br /> period of seven (7) years of operation.
