Long <br />Division Director <br />On February 20, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of <br />Operator, Performance Warranty and a $125.00 fee. And on October 3, 2001, the Division received a <br />rider to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. for the River <br />Road Pit, Permit No. M-1991-136.
