I believe that we have made all of the changes suggested to make
the company name consistent for each operation's documents and bond for each location.
In addition, there was a question raised about the bonds that are in place for the Norwood
Pit, Pit # 4 and Pit # 3. I have attached copies of Division's letters that accepted the bonds
that are actually in place for each of these operations.
I am hoping that the Succession of Operator packages that are being submitted at this
time are acceptable to the Division. I am assuming that the $125.00 fee that was
submitted with each of the first Succession of Operator packages has been retained by the
Division and is in your possession.
Thank you for your help and patience in this matter.
Sincerely,
Richard Johnson
Resource Manager
Attachments: Succession of Operator package for 2~ gravel pits.
Each package consists of:
Succession of Operator form
Performance Warranty
Change Rider for each Reclamation Bond.
List of Succession of Operator packages

Certified Mail - 7099-3400-0017-2945-5461
