Deaz Ditch Right Owner <br />of the Templeton Ditch, <br />Lake County, Colorado, located at 505 Harrison Avenue, PO Box 964, Leadville <br />80461, Conducts mining operations at the end of County Road I lA. <br />Lake County is expanding its Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit #M-77-071 to include an azea of 80 acres located in Section 7, of <br />Township 10 south, range 80 west of the 6a' principal meridian. <br />. This letter is to notify you that Lake County will be mining in the azea of the <br />ditch. The County's plan is to maintain the ditch in its present location and mining <br />around the ditch protecting it and the water flow down the ditch. <br />Lake County is expanding mining operation to the west of their present pit <br />towazds the area that supports the ditch. Lake County does not presently intend to impact <br />the ditch in any manner what so ever. L`. any impact occurs in the future by County <br />mining activities, The County will either repair the Ditch or relocate the ditch if an <br />agreeable location can be found. <br />
