EXHIBIT G -WATER INFORMATION
The Lake County, Half Moon Pit is not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater
systems.
The only water used on site is for cooling purposes for the hot asphalt plant; this water is
purchased from the local water district, Pazkvitle, and hauled out to a holding lagoon on
an as-needed basis.
There is no storm water fall out from the pit azea. Limited rain and snow melt percolate
quickly through the gravel deposit.
The Templeton Irrigation Ditch runs to the west of the present permit area and will
eventually be affected by the new mining operations. At the time that the ditch will be
affected, it will be relocated around the affected area with uninterrupted continuity.
