The areas <br />included in this request are the American Tunnel area, Tailings Pond No.4 area and the <br />Disposal and Borrow azea near the Animas River (TR-26 Power Plant Tailings azea). <br />This submittal requests bond reduction credit for reclamation work Sunnyside has <br />completed. <br />The areas aze discussed below: <br />Tailings Pond No. 4: <br />• The cells for placement of American Tunnel reclamation waste have been closed, <br />capped with overburden material and planted with the "Mountain Miz". <br />The remaining task(s) in the Tailings Pond No.4 area: <br />• Monitoring and maintenance. <br />Disposal and Borrow area near Animas River: <br />Sunnyside believes this area qualifies for removal from the permit azea and has <br />submitted an azea reduction request for this area. <br />The remaining task(s) in the disposal and Borrow area near the Animas River: <br />
