On September 22, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to
the Division on August 16, 2004, addressing the following:
The placement & reclamation ofstockpile D and increase to the reclamation cost estimate.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into PemTit No. M-1977-
301. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-301 remain in full force and effect.
The Division revised the reclamation cost estimate to reflect reclamation of stockpile D and the current disturbance noted
at the Roberts Quarry. The revised estimate totals $563,000.00. The Division currently holds $43,000.00. Please submit
additional bond in the amount of $514,600.00 within 60 days of receipt of this letter. The revision will not be fmal until
the bond is approved by the Division.
