a- Description of Amendment or Conversion: If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing We proposed change(s). phis Amendment is proposed to increase the permitted acreage of the facility to incorporate known gravel reserves owned by Mr. and Mrs. Black. The new area will be mined in the same manner as the existing permit and reclamation will be consistant with the existing plan.
