Cottony <br />Division Director <br />NaNral Resource Trustee <br />The Division received your acreage reduction request (AR-01) for the Lyons Pit, Permit No. M-1974- <br />015 on December 5, 2006 to release Lafazge West, Inc. from reclamation responsibility on portions of <br />land within the permit azea. <br />The required date to inspect the site is February 5, 2007, as required by Rule 4.17 of the Construction <br />Materials Rules and Regulations.
