TREES & <br /> SEEDLINGS at the time of planting IN ~ FIRST PHASE AS A 25,75 <br /> MIXTURE. TT-IE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL CONDUCE AN <br /> EVALUATION OF THE SUCCESS OF THE TREE PLANTING 2 YEARS <br /> FROM THE INITIAL PLANTING. <br />8.
