Long <br />Division Director <br />On February 13, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Four <br />Comers Materials, Inc. to Oldcastle SE Group, Inc. dba Four Corners Materials for this operation. Oldcastle SE <br />Group, Inc. dba Four Comers Materials is now the permitted operator of the Thomas Pit, and as such, is <br />responsible for all provisions in Pemut No. M-1976-020, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Four Comers Materials, Inc.is relieved of all responsibilities concemingthis operation. <br />Please Note: <br />1. All ofthe application materials, as amended and supplemented, are an integral part of your permit. They <br />have been incorporated into the permit by reference. We presume that you have a copy of all of these materials; <br />therefore, none have been enclosed with this mailurg. We suggest that you keep a copy of the permit and the <br />permit application at the mining operation as a reference for operating personnel, to help ensure compliance with <br />the terms of the permit. <br />2. Changes m the mining and reclamation operations that differ from those described in the permit may <br />require a modification to the pernrit. We suggest consultiag the Rules and Regulations andlor coatactmg us to <br />determine if a modification to the pemrit is necessary. Rule I.10 pertains to Amendrnerrts, Rule 1.9 to Technical <br />Revisions, and Rule 1.1 I to Conversions. <br />3.
