EXHIBIT S <br />Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 Feet of the Affected Land <br />There are several oil and gas pipelines on site. The pipeline that runs north to south and is <br />majorily on the west side of the site is owned by Kanab. The pipeline that runs parallel to it on <br />the east is owned by Kerr -McGee. A pipeline also runs east to west north of Phase IV which is <br />owned by KN Energy. There are four developed oil and gas wells on site. Three are owned by <br />Kett -McGee and one is owned by Leed Fabrication. The St. Vrain Recreational Trail crosses <br />the site as well. It enters the site to the northwest of Phase II, curves azound Phase II and <br />continues south to the County Service Center. One irrigation ditch, the Last Chance Ditch, <br />crosses the site. A fence is located along the entire west side of the property between the <br />property and the frontage road. There aze no other structures on site.
