All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-342 remain in full force
and effect. Please note that DMG approval does not relieve Holcim of the need to obtain any other
required approvals, pem3its, or licenses.
DMG will conduct an inspection of the inert debris disposal project. Ideally, the inspection would be
done approximately in the middle of the project when all pertinent phases of the job aze underway,
including structural demolition, debris sorting and transport, and land filling. Please contact me at a
suitable time following commencement of the project so that we can set-up a time for the inspection.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~~~ ~ ~~~
Allen C.
