The Division o£Minarats and Geology (DMG) has reviewed the about ro Fereaccd AM-Ol application and
has detatxrtined that the following items must be addressed for AM-O1 ro matt the regviraments of the
Mineral Rules and Regulations o£tbc Colorado Minced Land Reclamation Board (Rules) .
