The design mix proportions shall show the weights and <br /> 149 sources of all ingredients including cement, fly ash, aggregates, water, additives and the water <br /> 150 cement ratio (w/c). When determining the w/c, cement (c) shall be the sum of the weight of the <br /> 151 cement, the weight of the fly ash and the weight of silica fume.
