The intent of the cutoff collar is to prevent seepage flow along the <br />100 sediment pond outlet pipes. Voids within the soil azound the collar will reverse <br />101 this intent. Hand placement and compaction of the material around the cutoff <br />102 collars may be required at the discretion of the Engineer or Owner. <br />103 In subsection 603.12, Basis of Payment, delete al] items for payment except <br />104 Corrugated Steel Pipe. <br />105 <br />106 2.6.4 Section 625 -Construction Surveying <br />107 Section 625 of the Standard Specifications is hereby revised for this project as follows: <br />108 <br />109 Replace subsection 635.04, Contract Surveying, with the following: <br />110 - 625.04 Owner Surveying.
