They are as follows: <br />1) Further discussions with the landowner to resolve water <br />availability and to check with the water company experts <br />for all pertinent details related to this matter. <br />2) Come to closure with the landowner regarding the concrete <br />pads and any other structures that are to remain as permanent <br />features. Proper documentation will be forwarded. <br />3) Proppeerly and concise preparation of all data required for the <br />rectamation map that indicates how the site will look <br />after reclamation, including all permanent features. This <br />data and map will comlete and finalize the required technical <br />revision. <br />4) Statement 3 simply refers to the portion of the gravel pit <br />that has not been mined. <br />Thank you for all your help and cooperations <br />Jack L.
